Motor Claim Process

Claim Intimation

Report the incident immediately to the police and obtain a police report.

If you require towing services, please contact the respective insurance company's 24/7 free roadside assistance hotline provided above. (This service will be available only if you have opted for Road side assistance / AAA cover in your insurance or else it will be on paid basis)

Claim Processing

Drop off
Deliver your vehicle to the assigned repairer's location as shared by the insurer. If included in the plan, the insurance company will arrange for the vehicle to be collected upon claim registration.

Repair estimate
The repairer will prepare a detailed estimate for the required repair work. The estimate will be submitted to the insurance company for review.

Vehicle inspection
A qualified surveyor from the insurance company will inspect and approve the repair work.

Repair works
You will receive confirmation of the expected repair duration. Once the repair is completed, you will be notified, and you can proceed to collect your vehicle from the repairer.

Claim Settlement

In the event of your vehicle being declared a total loss or unrepairable, the insurance company will guide you through the necessary steps.

If the fault is attributed to your vehicle, please ensure that you settle the deductible amount with the repairer as per your policy's terms and conditions before collecting your vehicle.

Documents Required

Copy of the police report

Copy of the vehicle registration (both sides)

Copy of the driving license of the person driving the vehicle at the time of the accident (both sides)

Copy of the Resident ID card of the person driving the vehicle at the time of the accident (both sides)
