• Differences in pricing, if applicable, will be settled via additional payment or refund.

• All prices displayed are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payments must be made in Omani Rial (OMR).
• Additional charges may apply based on the specific nature of the service or product availed, and you agree to bear such charges.

• Payments made with international debit/credit cards may incur foreign exchange fees or other bank-related charges.
• Tameen.om is not responsible for any such fees, which are borne by the user.
• By using international payment methods, you agree to bear all additional fees and charges incurred.
• You further agree not to dispute such charges or fees with your financial institution.

• By placing an order, you authorize Tameen.om to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable amounts, including product/service price, VAT, and any additional fees.
• For recurring payments, you consent to automated charges to your payment method until you cancel the applicable subscription or service.
• You acknowledge that additional charges may be necessary to fulfill your order and authorize Tameen.om to process these charges.

• Pricing inaccuracies or errors.
• Suspected unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
• Non-compliance with terms and conditions.
• Inability to obtain payment authorization.
• Unavailability of products/services.

• Payments made via cheque will be processed only after the cheque clears in our bank account.
• Payments via bank transfer will be processed once the funds are received in our account.
• Tameen.om reserves the right to hold or cancel orders suspected of unauthorized payment methods.

• If you use another person’s credit/debit card, you represent and warrant that you have obtained their explicit permission to do so.
• Any disputes raised by the cardholder will be null and void, and the user will be held responsible for all charges incurred.
• By using another person's card, you indemnify Tameen.om from all claims, liabilities, and damages arising from such transactions.

• Insurance policies are non-refundable once purchased, except if the same policy type has been purchased elsewhere before the issuance of your policy.
• Terms and conditions of the insurer shall apply in addition to these terms, and in cases of conflict, the insurer's terms will take precedence.
• Any price adjustment based on the insurer's review of your risk profile post-payment may affect the refund amount, if applicable.
• Cancellation of policies, where allowed, must be handled between the policyholder and the insurer. Tameen.om will not be responsible for policy cancellations or related processes.Users can request policy cancellations via email, WhatsApp, or phone. All cancellation requests will be processed in accordance with the insurer’s guidelines. If the policy has not been issued, a full refund will be provided. If the policy has been issued, refunds will be subject to deductions imposed by the insurer as per Omani law. Refunds will be initiated within 14 working days upon approval.
• Misrepresentation, non-disclosure, or fraudulent activity may result in policy termination, rejection of claims, and loss of refunds.

• Add-ons are one-time purchases and are non-refundable unless the product has not been used and a request for cancellation is made within 48 hours of purchase.
• Refund requests must be confirmed via email within the 48-hour window. No refunds will be processed after this period.
• Any price adjustments post-purchase due to changes in the insurer's review may affect the refundability of the add-on.

• Additional services offered via the platform, independent of the main insurance policy, are non-refundable once purchased.
• All terms and conditions associated with these services will apply.

• Refunds will be issued for errors on our end, such as technical glitches resulting in overcharges.
• Such issues must be reported within five (5) days of purchase.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14–21 working days from the date of request.

• Refund processing delays caused by insurers, service providers, or banks are outside Tameen.om’s control.
• While Tameen.om will assist in facilitating refunds, the customer is responsible for following up with relevant parties. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the terms of our Refund Policy.

• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and ensure it remains updated.
• Compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws is mandatory.
• Users are responsible for securing their login credentials and must notify Tameen.om of any unauthorized account access.

• Engaging in illegal activities: This includes fraud, identity theft, unauthorized access, or transmitting unlawful content.
• Violating security protocols: Circumventing or interfering with platform security features.
• Disruptive actions: Disseminating malware, spam, or interfering with service performance.
• Engaging in abusive behavior: Harassing or causing distress to other users.
• Unauthorized commercial use: Using the platform for unapproved commercial purposes or unauthorized resale.
• Violating intellectual property rights: Uploading or transmitting materials that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.

• Tameen.om reserves the right to take legal action and impose penalties for violations.
• Violations may result in suspension or termination of access to the platform, as well as civil or criminal liability.

• You own the rights or have necessary permissions for the content.
• Contributions do not infringe on intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.
• Contributions are not defamatory, obscene, misleading, or harmful.
• Contributions are free from unsolicited advertising or promotional content.

• Misuse of the platform through unauthorized Contributions may result in suspension or termination of your account.
• You agree to indemnify Tameen.om against any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from your Contributions.

• Be based on firsthand experience.
• Avoid offensive, discriminatory, or misleading language.
• Exclude references to illegal activity or unauthorized conclusions regarding legality.
• Not involve organized campaigns to manipulate review content.

• Reverse engineer or modify the app.
• Use the app for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Circumvent security features or violate laws related to its use.

• You agree to their respective terms.
• The distributor is not liable for app-related issues.
• Compliance with third-party agreements is required.

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work being infringed.
• Details of the infringing material and its location on our platform.
• Your contact information, including address, phone number, and email.
• A statement asserting your good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized.
• A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that your notification is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tameen.om, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, affiliates, and successors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury, or property damage arising from or connected to your use of the services, even if Tameen.om has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Tameen.om shall not be liable for any damages, liability, or losses resulting from: (i) your use of or inability to use the services; or (ii) any transaction or relationship between you and a third party, even if Tameen.om has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Tameen.om shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, regulatory changes, acts of terrorism, labor disputes, utility outages, or other acts of nature.
• In no event shall Tameen.om's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to Tameen.om, if any, for accessing or participating in services.
• These limitations of liability do not seek to exclude or limit any legal rights that cannot be waived under applicable law in your jurisdiction. By using the services, you agree that these limitations of liability are fair and reasonable under the circumstances. If any provision of this section is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully enforceable and in effect, reflecting the intent of the parties.
